A Milford man is set to go on trial after denying a series of allegations of sexual assault on a minor.

Seventy-six-year-old Graham john, of Nelson Avenue, Hakin, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday where he pleaded not guilty to three charges brought under Section 7 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, where he is alleged to have intentionally touched a girl under 13 years of age in a sexual way, between April 2017 and November of last year.

Magistrates declined jurisdiction of the case, and the case was transferred to Swansea Crown Court where the defendant who was released on conditional bail was ordered to next appear on December 24.
