Vandals have struck again at one of Tenby’s most popular play parks putting one of the facility’s prime features out of action for the foreseeable future.

The damage occurred over the weekend at the Jubilee play park which overlooks the resort’s South Beach area.

“Some time between Friday afternoon (August 9) and Monday morning someone has removed some of the bolts at the top of the basket swing, rendering it unusable,” said the clerk to Tenby town council Andrew Davies.

“Therefore the swing at the play park will be out of action for the foreseeable future until new bolts are fitted,” he added.
