A Tenby motorist will go on trial next month after denying a charge of failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when stopped by police.
Fifty-two-year-old Siobhan Georgina Lancaster, of St Johns Hill, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday to plead not guilty to the charge.
The court heard that on June 28, in Haverfordwest, the defendant when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having being required to provide a specimen of breath for analysis by means of a device of a type approved by the Secretary of State pursuant to section 7 of the Road Traffic Act in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so.
Ms Lancaster was released on unconditional bail and her trial will take place in August at the Haverfordwest court.
