A new footpath around the rugby ground leading to Redstone Road in Narberth has proved to be very popular and is used by many.
The footpath link was funded by the county council and Welsh Government, however, Clr. Wynne Evans, who was very involved in making the footpath scheme happen, says: “I am very disappointed in seeing so much litter being discarded and thrown into the hedges along side footpath, in particular bags of dog excrement.
“Many people have actually thrown these bags over hedges into private properties. I would ask users please to report to the council anyone they see littering this path. The link is a great asset for the community and it’s a great shame to have it spoilt by a small minority of people.”
