TENBY GO TRI - 400m Tenby Pool Swim, 12 mile Cycle up Gumfreston Hill and along to Coal Lane onto Ridgeway, Penally back to Leisure Centre followed by a 3 mile Run along bypass to end of Penally and return through Village. Ryan Semper, Jon Phillips, Jamie Silvester, Gareth Huw Rees, Rosie Badger, Kara Ellard, Jessie Davies, Hel Murray, Julie Barber.

CHALLENGE PRAGUE: David Meyrick 6hrs 8mins. A Middle Distance (Half IM) in the beautiful City of Prague, Czech Republic on his Birthday!! The swim took place in the Vltava River, the Cycle course took you our to Jiloviste and back to the Historical City Centre. The run was 4 laps alongside river pacing Prague Castle, Zofin Palace and over the famous Charles Bridge.

PEMBROKE JUNIOR TRIATHLON - Well done to Ffion Griffiths aged 7 and Isla Griffiths aged 5. The Pembroke Junior Triathlon is a new event for youngsters aged 8 to 14 years with differing distancs depending on ages. The event is based at Pembroke Leisure Centre, with the swim taking place in the pool, and the bike and run courses taking place on safe, traffic free courses around the Leisure Centre and School site.

OUTLAW TRIATHLON, NOTTINGHAM (IM Distance): Paul Slack 11hrs 38 mins, Zoe McBeth 16 hrs 13 mins, Chris McBeth 16hrs 13 mins.

The mass start swim took place in the Regatta Lake at Holme Pierrepoint in Nottingham. 112 mile cycle around Nottinghamshire is a fast course but due to weather conditions on the day is was hard going!! The Marathon takes you along the River Trent past

Trent Bridge City Ground & over the Wilford Suspension Bridge along the Victoria Embankment back to the Regatta lake for 2 more laps.

RIDE LONDON 100miles: Julie Andrasko, Beverley Rodriques, John Hubbard, Colin Barrett in 5 hrs 51 mins, Morgan Harwood Slate - Dad Richard Slate ’suffered 4 punctures so was unable to finish full distance.

The event started at London’s Lee Valley Velopark with closed roads through Richmond park into the Surrey Contryside taking in Leith Hill and the Famous Box Hill. Back to the finish on the Mall via Leatherhead, Esher and Wimbledon. Again the weather was against our riders with Beverley saying swimming goggles would have been better than sunglasses!!

TENBY 10KM RUN - starting and finishing in Tudor Square, running through Town and out along the Marsh Road and Bypass to the end of Penally returning through the Village.
