The August Gigs were held at South Pembrokeshire Golf Club in glorious sunshine, when 12 girls turned up to play.

The first competition was played on the new five-hole short course over 10 holes.

Fiona Evans and Ceris Worby played the 18-hole course and the rest of the girls played a 45-shot flag competition. They enjoyed the course so much, they continued to play 10 holes.

Some great golf was played; Ella Harley from Trefloyne had no problem playing the challenging fifth hole across the valley, being on the green for two.

Caitlin Evans from Newport Links showed great promise playing the short course for the first time.

Forty-five shot flag competition from red tees - 1. Seren Allen, Tenby; 2. Celyn Griffiths, Glyn Abbey; 3. Nel Allen, Tenby; with Lucy Anthony, Ella Harley and Caitlin Edwards all finishing on the sixth green.

Nice to see the girls enjoying their golf.
