St Florence under 14s girls finished the season with the cup tournament in Camrose.

They played Narberth first and as always the game was very close with neither team able to score.

Their second game was against Johnston where the girls played some really good football winning the game 3 - 0 with Charlotte Mcsweeney scoring a hat-trick.

Kilgetty were up next and again St Florence moved the ball around well creating many chances. The girls were able to score four goals without conceding. Goals came from Halle Brace, Charlotte and two from Ellie Savva-Nash.

The last game before the semis was against FFostrasol, which was a tough match. Ellie scored for St Florence before FFostrasol equalised. The St Florence girls struck back straight away with Ellie scoring with a great finish to make sure they finished the group stage unbeaten.

They were up against Johnston again in the semi final which turned out to be a great game. While neither team were able to score there were many chances with Halle hitting the post. The game went to penalties after no one scored in extra time. The girls came back from being 3-1 down in the shootout to win the game with goals from Halle Brace, Emily Roberts, Ella Thomas and Olwen Evans. Emily made some great saves during the shoot out and also scored her penalty.

The final was against Narberth and like the semi, no one was able to score despite both teams giving it everything. The game went to penalties with Narberth winning.

The St Florence girls played brilliantly throughout the day and should be proud of themselves.
