St. Clears could only manage a draw at home to Milford United on Saturday as their relegation worries continue to hang over them.

With five games remaining and 15 points on offer, the Saints would have to win all of their remaining games and hope that sides above them slip up in order to avoid the drop.

Nathan Evans gave them hope with their only goal, but despite an improved display, lady luck was against them.

Narberth could also only manage a draw as they tied 2-2 at West Dragons.

Ade John and Steve Thomas scored for the Bluebirds in one of their toughest games of the year.

Double-chasing Goodwick showed no mercy on Angle as they beat the hosts 4-2. Connor Willis and Nick Willis were the men to score for the home side.

It was a sobering Saturday for Tenby, too, as they were thrashed 11-0 by Hakin.

Pennar Robins were at Herbrandston and lost 4-1 despite Phil Thompson’s goal, while in division two James Stanley’s brace and goals shared between brothers Dylan and Rhodri Davies helped Hundleton to a 4-2 win over Prendergast Villa.

Lawrenny recorded a good win, too, as they beat Solva 5-3 thanks to Owen James’s treble and goals by Matt Lewis and Sam Davies.

Top goal scorer of the day award went to Thomas Powell of Monkton Swifts after his five goals helped them to an 8-2 win over Letterston. The others came from Liam and Jason Finnegan.

At Saundersfoot, Geoff Marsh and Sam Coleman’s goals helped them to a 2-0 win over Fishguard.

In division three, Kilgetty’s good form continued as they beat Johnston seconds 2-0 after scores from Dan Formaloe and Jordan Gorman, while Narberth seconds enjoyed success at home against Herbrandston seconds.

The Bluebirds’ second string won 2-0 after Jordan Mackenzie and Ben John both scored.

Saundersfoot Sports’ seconds drew 1-1 at Broad Haven, while James Richards’s brace wasn’t enough to prevent Manorbier United from going down 4-2 at Camrose.

Carew seconds lost 6-1 at home against Hakin United seconds, with Jacob Knox scoring their only goal, while Cosheston Cougars beat Pennar Robins’ seconds 2-0.

In the division four cup, Pendine had a comfortable passage into the next round as they defeated Fishguard Sports’ seconds 6-0, with Jack Halley leading the way with a hat-trick.

Other goals were scored by Robbie Waters and a Ricky Hunt brace.

Goals from Brychan David and the ageless Steve Trivett helped St. Clears’ seconds beat Carew thirds 2-1. Herbie Haggar scored Carew’s goal, while Narberth thirds lost 4-1 at home to Angle seconds.

St. Florence travelled to Letterson seconds and lost 5-2, while Pembroke Boro drew 1-1 with Milford Athletic seconds.

Meanwhile, Kilgetty seconds had an excellent win at home against Camrose reserves as they won 5-1.

Josh Lewis was the hero of the day scoring a fine hat-trick, while Richard Gwyther and Dean Morgan also scored.

Pendine seconds failed to raise a side for their game at Llangwm and Tenby seconds beat their counterparts from Broad Haven 5-1.

There was plenty of football on Monday night as the latest round of midweek matches got underway.

Manorbier United travelled to Broad Haven and came away with a creditable 2-2 draw after Billy Christopher’s and Paul Maytum’s goals, while Pennar Robins’ seconds lost 4-3 at Carew seconds.

Alex Moore, Sam Harts and a Chris Tooze brace did it for the Robins, despite Luke Hendry’s double and Dan McCloed’s strike.

Cosheston Cougars beat Hubberston 2-0 thanks to goals from Wayne Boswell and Connor Rees, while Jordan Gorman’s goal wasn’t enough for Kilgetty seconds to overcome Herbrandston seconds as they lost 3-1.

Narberth seconds drew 1-1 with Camrose after Callum O’Connell scored for the hosts.

It was another day of goals for Pendine as they hammered Angle seconds 6-1.

Nathan Ferrier scored for the hosts, but a Robbie Waters hat-trick followed by a brace from Ricky Hunt and one from Kieran Lewis was enough to see the visitors take the points.

Adam Hughes scored twice and Ceri Brace once for Carew thirds in their 3-1 win over Pembroke Boro, for whom Rhys Allison scored, while Narberth thirds lost 9-0 at home against Neyland seconds.

In division five, Lawrenny seconds lost 5-1 at Camrose seconds, while Kilgetty seconds went down 5-0 at Hundleton seconds. Liam Woodford scored for Lawrenny

Meanwhile, it was raining goals at Monkton Swifts after their seconds hammered Llangwm seconds 9-1.

Liam Butland led the way with a hat-trick, but a brace apiece from Liam Finnegan and Connor Roberts, followed by a goal apiece by Mike Canton and Michael Groves, made sure that Llangwm didn’t get a sniff of victory.
