THE LAUNCH of a new portal, Pembrokeshire Housing Online, will allow tenants to keep their contact details up to date, notify of any changes and to book housing repairs online.

Text messaging compliments the service by providing information about appointments and as reminder to tenants of a planned visit.

Cabinet Member for Housing Cllr Michelle Bateman said: “These changes to Housing Online offers tenants the real opportunity to manage their housing repairs and ensure key contact details remain current.”

Emergency repairs must still be reported by contacting 01437 764551 between 9am-5pm and 0345 601 5522 (5pm – 9am, Monday to Friday, 24 hours Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays).
