A former Mayor of Narberth has called for clarification on whether or not yellow lines are to be installed in front of Plas Hyfryd Hotel.

Speaking at Tuesday night's monthly meeting of the town council, Clr. Williams questioned a press released in last week's Observer in which County Clr. Wynne Evans had reported the yellow lines would be put in place within 12 weeks or so, as this had to be a legal process within an official traffic order.

"We were told yellow lines would not go there," he said.

"Why the change of heart?" he asked.

Council agreed to ask Pembrokeshire County Council for clarification.
