Whitland Produce Market and Craft Fayre: The market is tomorrow (Saturday), a great opportunity to get some special treats for all the special mums out there. With such a variety of excellent food or crafts on offer, you are sure to find something to give as a 'thank you' on that special day. Why not buy one of the many delicious jams from Sarah Cooks to add a little extra to the breakfast tray on Sunday for the 'Mothering Sunday breakfast in bed treat'; her jams also go very well with the freshly baked scones also sold at the market or you could get some assorted cakes for a delicious spread for tea-time; or if feeling a bit more adventurous, buy some lamb cutlets to cook with deliciously fresh vegetables for a special dinner? If cooking is not your strength, fear not, because in the adjoining room there is plenty of choice among the craft stalls: hand-thrown pottery, lovingly handcrafted cards, earrings, bracelets and necklaces, scarves and snoods, original soaps and beautifully decorated candles, cushions, rugs, etc. etc. etc. the choice is endless. Don't miss it! Go to the Whitland Memorial Hall between 9:30 am and 12.30 pm.

Produce Market £25 draw: If you still have at home one of the '£25 Draw leaflets' which was distributed to all houses in Whitland back in November remember to bring it to the Market tomorrow (Saturday). You could win £25 worth of vouchers, to spend at any of the stalls (produce, crafts, etc) over a three-month period.
