Sir, What are the Welsh Government playing at ?

England is bringing in Lucy’s Law next month because of the necessity to protect animals from bad breeding and disease. - This puts Wales in real danger of being the entry point for the whole of Europe to get sick and diseased animals in, with the real chance of RABIES. Present laws are NOT strong enough to prevent this.

Can I urge the Welsh Government to see the obvious and enact Lucy’s Law without delay.
