A proposal to erect two 86-metre wind turbines near Ludchurch in South Pembrokeshire will not now be discussed by planners next week.

The application by Princes Gate Spring Water was due to be considered by Pembrokeshire County Council's Planning and Rights of Way Committee on Tuesday.

The reason for the withdrawal of the committee report from the agenda is the late submission of a consultation response from a statutory consultee, the Dyfed Archaeological Trust, which needs to be evaluated.

The postponement will also allow a subsequent report to include reference to representations received at the end of the second publicity exercise which concluded on December 20.

This was carried out in respect of amendments to the proposed access tracks to serve the proposed turbines - the original publicity exercise being carried out between October 26 and November 16.

The planning application will now be reported to a subsequent meeting of the committee following evaluation of the consultation response.
