Tenby Youth Council are to hold any open day this month to celebrate their relaunch.

Speaking a Tuesday night’s meeting of the town council, the Mayor of Tenby, Clr. Laurence Blackhall told his colleagues that he had met with the new youth council who were keen to contribute ideas for the town, and that he had invited them to a future meeting of the council.

He also said that councillors were welcome to attend their open day which would take place on Tuesday, March 14, at Greenhill Avenue, between 4 and 7 pm, where the youth council would be relaunching their activities.

“They will also be staging a bake-off on August 23 where a youth council member will team up with a town councillor, so anyone with any cooking skills is welcome to come forward!” he said, stating that it was really encouraging that the youth council was back up and running.
