Work to allow Western Power Distribution to install electricity cables in Tenby will see the town’s White Lion Street closed from its junction at Upper Frog Street to the Norton from Monday.

Walkways along the street have been partially closed since the New Year, but the road closure will see the street closed to traffic for a period of 10 days. Traffic diversions will be in place.

“This is a major crossroads in the town, and will cause major disruption,” remarked Tenby town council member, Clr. Will Rossiter, at a recent meeting.
