An evening prayer walk starting and ending at St Julian’s, the Fishermen’s Chapel on Tenby’s picturesque harbour, will take place in May.

The walk follows a short local trail with wonderful sea views all the way. Mostly on tarmac paths, occasionally across sand and grassy hillside, walkers ascend gently before winding their way back to the Chapel.

Along the way are seven stations or stopping points. Pause at each. Consider the question or thought suggested, and then when you are ready, there is no hurry, walk slowly to the next.

All are welcome, dogs too, and there’s no charge or need to book your place, just turn up.

The walk on the Tuesday, May 16 has been arranged by St Julian’s, together with Journeying, a non-profit seeking, Christian holiday organisation, based in Pembrokeshire.

“Prayer walking is a wonderful way to simply relax and recharge” said David Gleed, of Journeying.

St Julian’s is open throughout the spring and summer and you are welcome to call in anytime, pick up a walk booklet and take yourself prayerfully along the trail.
