West Lane: A letter was received from a resident regarding problems at West Lane where drainage gullies were blocked with hedge cuttings causing the road to become bogged down with mud. A letter would be sent to Pembrokeshire County Council to arrange cleaning of gullies and road.
Clr. Davies also reported that the drains near the railway bridge at Tanners Lane were blocked. However, Clr. Morse advised that Pembrokeshire County Council were aware of this and were making arrangements to clear.
County Councillor's Report
A favourable response had been received from County Hall regarding the bus shelter at Cold Blow. The transport department would assist by providing the necessary works to include a base. The original site suggested would not meet regulations covering visibility and stopping distances, therefore an alternative site would have to be found.

Planning applications granted by Pembrokeshire County Council: erection of wind turbine - land attached to Colzick, Templeton; conversion of part of existing garage at Greenwood Villa, Cold Blow,
Refusal of planning permission: construction of toilet facilities and shelter - Roadside Farm, Molleston; new office building and access to highway - Rowlands Way, Narberth.
Church Hall
Following discussions, council has agreed it would like work to be started on phase one of the enhancement project with the commencement of work on the patio doors, patio area and decking. PLANED would be contacted for a copy of drawings and the way forward.
