Eight members were present at the March meeting of Templeton Community Council, held in the Chapel Hall. The minutes of the last meeting were signed as a true record by Clr. Griffiths (vice-chairman). There were no matters arising from these. General reading: Glasdon; Pembs Coast National Park; Dyfed Powys Police. Correspondence: Forms were handed out to council members to fill out to stand for community council elections. Other correspondence included letters from Menter Laith Sir Benfro and Pembrokeshire County Council - standards committee. Finance: A bank statement was exhibited. It was agreed to pay the following bills - PALC £55; Chapel Hall hire £72. Planning: There were no objections to the following planning - reserved matters for access, land to the east of Boars Head, Templeton; new vehicle workshop - land at Rowlands View, Templeton. The following applications had been passed by Pembrokeshire County Council - internal and external alterations, The Grove; dwelling and garage, plot 9, former Big House, Cold Blow. Any other business: The state of the bus shelter/ toilet block was discussed. A vote was taken and it was decided by six to one to write to the county council and ask if the bus shelter can be removed and a Perspex one be put back in its place. Clr. Priest informed the meeting that at the last Action Plan meeting, representatives from PLANED stated that for any match funding money to be made available from PLANED, the organisation (council or aassociation) must own or lease the property or land in question. Clr. Priest said that she would look into the matter further. The council decided to increase the cost of hire for an evening function in the Church Hall to £20. The date of the next meeting was set for April 17 at 8 pm at the Chapel Hall.
