A teddy bears picnic was held at Whitland Primary School in the school garden in aid of the Noah's Ark Appeal.

The children enjoyed a picnic and various activities, including face painting, a show performed by members of the staff in the Foundation Phase, a bear hunt, musical bears and storytelling.

Two 'teddy cakes' were kindly donated by Mrs. Anne-Marie Pearce and these were distributed amongst the children during the afternoon.

The Ysgol Feithrin and Cylch Ti a Fi had joined with the primary school and over £200 was successfully raised towards the appeal.
