Sir, It may be a huge superstore but I am happy and pleased to report that Sainsbury’s has its customers’ welfare at heart.

The first thing that met my eyes on the weekly shop was the extended row of chairs placed by the entrance.

A very quick response indeed to my letter pointing out there were insufficient seats for the elderly and inform.

I?am very impressed with the prompt attention given to these customers’ needs and thank Sainsbury’s most sincerely.
