Children of primary school age are being invited to get creative in Whitland.

They are being asked to use any food produce to create a masterpiece which 'makes you think of spring'.

Entry to the competition is free and it will give that entry five per cent off any purchases made in the Whitland Produce Market on the day of the competition, Saturday, March 10.

There are prizes for both infants and juniors classes (hamper of market produce and book voucher).

Take your spring creation to the Whitland Produce Market (Memorial Hall, Market Street, Whitland) on Saturday, March 10, from 8.30-9.30 am).

Judging will be at 10.30 am, with presentation of the prizes at 12 noon.
