The Pembrokeshire public is being asked to help spread the word about how fellow residents can access help and support during the coronavirus pandemic.
The Community Hub has been set up to provide a one-stop shop for people to access information and practical help.
The Hub can help people with things such as signposting to local support, shopping, useful information or even a friendly phone call.
It is a partnership between Pembrokeshire County Council, Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services (PAVS), Hywel Dda University Health Board, and Delta Wellbeing.
The Hub needs your support to get the message out to everyone – particularly those who may not have access to the internet.
Please help by:
• Telling people you know about the Hub and how to get in touch
• Share the new leaflet (information below) with everyone you know – people who might not need support today, could need it in the weeks to come
• Put up posters (information below) – in windows, noticeboards, local shops and supermarkets - anywhere that people pass when they are out and about for essential purposes or exercise
• Remember that we all need support sometimes, that it is ok to ask for help and that there is no query too small!
The new leaflet/poster is available at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/coronavirus-covid-19-community-information/community-hub
There’s a black and white, easy to print copy on the website. If you would like to order paper copies to share with people you know please contact the Hub.
The Hub can be contacted on 01437 776301 or [email protected]
It’s open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm and weekends and bank holidays, 10 am to 12 pm.
