Over 50 cyclists took part in a fundraising bike ride on last weekend (May 19) in aid of the ‘Sandy Bears’ children’s bereavement charity.
It was a lovely morning for the sponsored ride which was organised by Bierspool Cycles and took place from Carew Castle to the Gun Tower on Front Street, Pembroke.
“We’d like to say a huge thank you to all the cyclists, the organisers, those who marshalled the event and everyone else who supported the event, we are extremely grateful,” said a spokesperson for the Sandy Bears charity
“We had 54 people cycle ranging in age from 6 to 83 years old so it truly was a family event,” they added.
