Sir,
On Saturday, December 16, I sadly lost my much loved mother. On the Sunday, I went to see her in a chapel of rest, before then going to see my father, who is now residing in Brooklands care home.
Late Sunday afternoon, I then went to see my mother-in-law to tell her about the traumatic 24 hours I had been through.
My mother-in-law lives in the Tyssul Court flats in Tenby, and I had parked unwittingly in the small unloading section outside of the flats adjacent to the train station. Parking restrictions were the last thing going through my mind!
Having been to see my mother-in-law for around an hour, I came out to my car to find a parking ticket!
I say to the ‘jobsworth’ traffic warden and PCC who employ these people shame on you all!
