Two councillors have put their names forward to be the next Mayor of Tenby.
At Tuesday night’s meeting of the town council, members were asked to elect a Mayor to fill the role for 2021/22, with Clr. Mrs. Skyrme-Blackhall who currently fills the position putting her name forward once again, along with her predecessor Clr. Tony Brown.
A secret ballot will be held now amongst fellow councillors to vote on who should don the scarlet robes of office and the responses will be opened at the next meeting of the town council (due to be held on February 16) with the result to be confirmed by the members present at that meeting.
