After winning the Pembrokeshire Urdd under 11s rugby competition at Haverfordwest Rugby Club in March, Narberth CP School recently travelled to Llanelli to take part in the national finals.

In their first group match they defeated Santes Helen and followed this up with victories over Parc Y Tywyn and Pen Barras. In their fourth group game, Narberth defeated Pembrokeshire's other representative, Tavernspite CP School. In their final game, Narberth defeated Abercynon, which meant that they had won all of their group games and progressed to the semi-finals.

In their semi-final, Narberth were defeated by Pen Y Garth in a closely fought game which could have gone either way.
