THE ‘Wings Over Carew’ festival which proved such a success last year takes place again next month.

The ‘fun for all the family’ event takes place on August 8 and 9 where once again the RAF Falcons parachute display team are scheduled to drop in on Saturday afternoon, and the Red Devils parachutists on Sunday (weather permitting of course).

This year’s attractions include Dakota Fly Past (both days), re-enactment group, vintage military vehicles, Army 14th Signals Regiment, Army Welsh Transport Regiment, RAF Cadets and Band, Sea Cadets, Swansea Pipe Band, Battlefield Live, classic cars and much, much more.

Admission is £5 for adults, £4 with concessions, £2 for Under 14s (childern under 14 must be accompanied with an adult), with free entry for Under 5s.
