LOCAL runners Phillip Lewis from Valley Road, Saundersfoot, and Ceri Worcester from Kilgetty, are both taking part in the Cardiff half marathon this Sunday, to help raise much-needed funds for diabetes research.

A research project underway at the Heath Hospital, Cardiff, being led by Mrs. Susan Wong, will benefit from the money being raised by these two boys.
