Following on from the recent ‘Rally Across the Cleddau Bridge’ event, a thousand pounds has been raised for local charities by the Pembrokeshire Classic Car Club.
The money was raised by the collection of unused Cleddau Bridge tickets, a bucket collection on the day and donations by Keith and Gaynor Hughes and Maurice Leyland.
At a recent classic car show at the Plough Inn, Sageston donations were presented to Angle Lifeboat, Air Ambulance, Paul Sartori, the Three Amigos, Blood Bikes, Sageston School and St John Ambulance.
