Over the Easter weekend, Tesco Express in Saundersfoot played host to two raffles held in aid of the care and support of Rory Rogers.

On Saturday, the star prize was a picnic hamper crammed full with Easter goodies, which was won by Rachel Hughes.

Sunday saw a first prize of a large Easter table decoration crafted using book pages and various other materials which had been donated by Sarah Vesey, of Novel Creatives. This lovely centrepiece was won by holidaymaker, Mrs. C. Lewis.

Other prizewinners were: Saturday’s raffle - 2nd prize - Little & Large Bites, 3rd prize - Danny McKenzie; Sunday’s raffle - 2nd prize - The Old Chemist Inn, 3rd prize - David from Kilgetty and 4th prize - Mrs. M. Doig.

A magnificent total of £572 was raised over the weekend and will be presented to Rory’s father later this week.
