A sub-committee of members of Narberth Town Council has been formed to discuss plans for celebrating the Queen's diamond jubilee.

Lighting a beacon, a barbecue with charity stalls and commemorative gifts for children are among the ideas which will be further discussed by the Mayor and Mayoress, Clrs. Mrs. Elizabeth Rogers and Mrs. Denise Rigby, together with Deputy Mayor, Clr. Ms. Suzanne Radford-Smith, and Clrs. Mrs. Sue Rees, Eric Feetham and Colin Williams.
