The power supply to nearly 500 properties in Tenby and Penally was interupted this morning.

A spokeswoman for Western Power Distribution said: “We had five sort interruptions (10 seconds each) this morning between 10.47 - 12.04 affecting 498 customers in the Tenby and Penally areas.

“We also had a fault at 12.31 affecting 164 customers.

“Our engineers are investigating the cause, we believe these faults are as a result of storm Ophelia, but this is not yet confirmed.

“All customers are now back on supply. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers.”
