Town councillors are due to meet with representatives from Pembrokeshire County Council this month to discuss the sale of the Brynhir site in Tenby as developers for the scheme are chosen.
Town clerk, Andrew Davies, told members at their meeting on Wednesday night that he had received correspondence from Helen Mcleod-Baikie, the officer dealing with the sale of the Brynhir site, situated just off Narberth Road, informing the town council that PCC had selected their preferred developer, and that they were currently in the process of notifying them and unsuccessful parties.
“PCC want to arrange a meeting with the town council to bring us up to date on matters and invite the developers along as well,” Mr. Davies told councillors, with the meeting pencilled in for Wednesday, April 13.
Clr. Laurence Blackhall said he felt it would be a good idea to meet first with PCC representatives and the developers before any contractual agreements was entered.
