Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting this week, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, were the following:
Mr. Roger Tomms, Ashelford House, Kenystyle, Penally - demolition of existing stores and covered area and replace with three storage units, The Stores, off Wallsfield Lane, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Anthony Price, Pembrokeshire County Council - works to TPO trees to improve school playing field and new access, at Greenhill School, Heywood Lane, Tenby (approval).
Mrs. Jones - loft conversion with dormer roof extension to rear and roof lights to front, at Rydal Mount, 5 Clement Terrace, Tenby (no objections).
Mr. and Mrs. Hemsley - reduce weight by removing lower branches which overhang Narberth Road, removal of dead and dying material and bracing remaining limbs to avoid further splaying, at Sherwood, Narberth Road, Tenby (no objections).
Mr. Julien Rhys Davies - one x beech reduction, one x beech retrenchment, at The Grove, Heywood Lane, Tenby (no objections).
