Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting this week, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:

NP/19/0610/FUL – Change of use of the ground floor of the application property from a former dental practice to a 2 bedroom self-contained flat with internal alterations and change of use of the lower ground floor from a dental ancillary storage use (D1) to an office (B1), at Aces Court, Warren Street, Tenby (approval).

NP/19/0618/TCA – 4 x Leylandii – dismantle to ground level, at the Washeteria, The Green, Tenby (approval).

NP/19/0640/TPO – T1 sycamore – fell; T2 sycamore – fell; T3 sycamore – fell; T4 pine – crown raise lower branches to the height of the first significant fork, at Ty Isaf, 22 Haytor Gardens, Tenby (approval).

NP/19/0646/LBA/0645/FULL - demolish existing lean-to study and external WC; construct single storey extension and balcony, at Walmer House, Deer Park, Tenby (refusal for the balcony - due to it being too close to adjoining properties).

NP/19/0627/TPO - tree works in relation to PC19-111-07/11/2019, at Hafod Y Werydd, Heywood Lane, Tenby (approval).

NP/19/0656/FUL - proposed new garage at Oaklands, Marsh Road, Tenby (approval).
