Mr. Lloyd Jones - proposed attic conversion, to include two roof lights and dormer extension, at Flat 3, Cresswell Court, Cresswell Street, Tenby (approval).

Mr. Mike Evans, Trem Byr, Fourwinds Lane, Penally - conversion of existing vacant building to extended brewery at ground floor and change of use at first floor to A3 use, at The Glass House, Sergeant’s Lane, Tenby (approval).

Mrs. Turner - conservatory to rear elevation, at Milton, Serpentine Road, Tenby (approval).
