Mrs. Sue Croft, Japonica Acre, Goring Road, Woodcote - replacement of existing metal handrail with glass balustrade, at Flat 1, Royal Victoria Court, 5 Crackwell Street, Tenby (approval).

Mr. John Lewis, 16 Bettws y Coed Road, Cardiff - proposed new residential dwelling, at 9 St. David’s Close, Tenby (approval).

Mrs. Jane Clayfield - full and listed applications to construct a small area of decking above the entrance of the property with protective glass balustrades, at The Flat, Brecknock House, Tudor Square, Tenby (approval).
