Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting this week, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:

Mr. Neil Evans, West Wales Properties, 12 Victoria Place, Haverfordwest - full and listed buildings applications for alterations to ground floor bank premises to create Estate Agency, alteration to existing second and third floors to form one residence and extension to Church Street elevation, at Natwest Chambers Annex, Tudor Square, Tenby (approval - considered against all the relevant policies within the LDP. members felt this was a sympathetic development which would bring a long empty building within the centre of the town back into use).
