The Saundersfoot WI finished their series of meetings before the tourist season began with a visit to the Magpies Nest Museum in Templeton. This little museum, open by appointment only, has been lovingly collected over the years by the owners, Peter and Audrey, with artefacts described as 'anything old and interesting', mostly from the last 200 years. Of course, viewing them brought back many memories for all, although not quite those from 200 years ago!

Saundersfoot WI will be starting their meetings again Tuesday, September 27, in the new Regency Hall. Meetings are on the third Tuesday of every month, 2 to 4 pm, for those who find it easier to come to a meeting during the day.

"We are a very friendly bunch," said Gwen Newberry, president, "and we always welcome new members, so do come along and meet us."
