Sir, Tenby is to be commended for its campaign to reduce plastic in the town. Could it also raise awareness for the issues surrounding palm oil? I happened to see a large delivery of palm oil to one of the fish and chip shops this morning. If most of the fish and chip shops in Tenby use palm oil, this adds up to a considerable quantity. As customers, perhaps we should be asking these food outlets to ensure their oil comes from sustainable sources and that their supply chain is traceable.
