Prospective candidates considering joining Tenby town council were reminded this week of the ‘open evening’ taking place on Tuesday (June 11)

The town council are hosting the event to explain to prospective candidates what it means to be a local councillor in an attempt to encourage more people to consider standing, as they are currently looking to fill three vacancies through co-option - two in the South ward and one in the North, after three more members recently handed in their resignations.

The ‘open evening’ for people interested in the council will be held at the De Valence starting from 6 pm and finishing at 8 pm.
