‘Dangerous Places’ is one of three brand new titles written by authors across Wales, which were released by Austin Macauley Publishers at the end of last month.
A 19-year-old student goes on an Inter-Rail trip around Europe. On a hot August day in Amsterdam, she meets a group of individuals. Falling under the charismatic and influential spell of one of them, she is enticed to live with the group in Amsterdam.
She then becomes hopelessly and unwittingly involved in the group’s secret life of political protests and anarchy. Travelling perilously through Europe, they sense danger every step of the way, and when confronted with a life-changing event, is faced with an impossible decision.
Author Ceridwen Rees was brought up in rural Wales, married a journalist, and lives in the Brecon Beacons National Park.
The book, which was released on Friday, March 30, is published by Austin Macauley Publishers, and RRP is £9.99 - paperback; £13.99 hardback.
