For several years, the members of the Rotary Club of Saundersfoot have held their meetings at the Wiseman's Bridge Inn on Mondays and enjoyed the food and ambiance. However, the casual visitor was probably unaware of these activities.

Now, thanks to the generosity of Stewart Treharne (club member) and his wife Elizabeth, there is a Welsh slate plaque on the wall of the inn that makes visitors aware that Rotary meetings take place there.

Club president Rob Talboys expressed his gratitude to Stewart and Elizabeth for presenting the plaque to the club and the owners of the Wiseman's Bridge Inn for allowing the plaque to be fixed in position.

As well as raising public awareness, it is hoped that the plaque could promote enquiries from prospective members.
