Work to address a number of issues at Tenby’s new cemetery has begun.
The ‘new cemetery management sub-committee’ recently earmarked a number of improvements that needed to be carried out at the site, with Clr. Mrs. Sam Skyrme-Blackhall telling her colleagues at Tenby Town Council there was quite a lot of work to do there, because things had been left so long.
Updating her fellow members at Tuesday night’s meeting of the town council, she said that contractors Smart Gardens had now started work at the cemetery.
“The first phase of works will be ongoing until June, so I’m quite chuffed that they have started that,” said Clr. Skyrme-Blackhall.
