Civic Week trophies
Winners of last year’s Civic Week trophies are asked to return them to the Contented Sole fish and chip shop as soon as possible.
Council calls for Angel spruce up
Narberth Town Council is to write to Brains Brewery to ask them to spruce up the town’s Angel Inn which was currently up for lease after Clr. Donna Hole brought the matter up at Tuesday’s monthly meeting.
School crossing
Work to improve the safety of the school crossing patrol at Spring Gardens in Narberth was being looked into with Pembrokeshire County Council, Clr. Chris Walters reported at the town council’s July meeting on Tuesday.
No right turn
A call for a warning to motorists that there was no right turn at the top of Narberth war memorial opposite the Contented Sole fish and chip shop was made by Clr. Mrs. Elizabeth Rogers at Tuesday night’s meeting of the town council.
