Among planning applications considered by members of Narberth Town Council were the following:
Plas Barn - new dwelling and part demolition of a barn (no objection); View Point, Coxhill - extension to dwelling (no objection); 2 Market Street - proposed alterations to pottery and workshop, together with creation of one dwelling (no objection); Plot adjacent to 15 Springfield Park - non-material amendment for minor internal layout alterations (no objection); Narberth Health Centre, Northfield Road - alteration of existing pedestrian and vehicular site access for additional parking bays (no objection); Bryngwyn, The Crescent - erection of dwelling (objection).
