A claim that Narberth looks like a ‘jamboree’ with all its A-boards was made this week.
Speaking at Tuesday night’s monthly meeting of the town council, Clr. Mrs. Sue Rees said the Charles Salmon Memorial Gardens looked like a ‘junk yard’ with all the advertising boards and materials sited there.
Raising the issue that complaints had been made about such additional street furniture, members agreed to write an open letter to all the businesses reminding them that under the street care act such signs were illegal.
