Friends of Narberth Library, who run the library service voluntarily, are pleased to announce that the library will once again be opening for members and readers to go into the building and select their own books. From Saturday, March 27, it will be possible to visit the library, provided certain measures are observed. It will be necessary to wear a face-covering, hand-sanitise and give details of name and phone number. There will also be a restriction on numbers using the library at any one time. This service will only be available on Saturdays between 10 am and 12 midday initially, though it is hoped that, if the situation continues to improve, this may be extended to other days of the week. A Reserve and Collect system will also remain in place for anyone who wants to continue with that. Volunteer librarians are looking forward to seeing all the regular readers once again and would welcome any new ones, too.
