Sally White, owner of Narberth's White Boutique, has been shortlisted in the Welsh Fashion and Beauty Awards.
These prestigious awards were launched earlier this year by Cardiff based Sarah and Benjamin Cornelius-Price. Sarah and Benjamin have been the driving force behind a number of regional awards over the last few years, including the popular Welsh Women Mean Business event, and the couple also run the highly successful children's cancer charity, the Joshua Foundation.
The Welsh Fashion and Beauty Awards recognise excellence in fashion and beauty, celebrating the success of talented businesses and individual s across the region.
Fifteen nominees have been shortlisted in the final categories which include the best beauty business, fashion business, beauty and therapy as well as the best independent Welsh designer.
Sally White returned to Pembrokeshire, where she grew up, in 2001, to set up the White boutique. Previously she worked in London as a fashion buyer for Oasis and before that River Island. Her dream was always to open a fabulous boutique where she could share her passion for clothes, accessories, jewellery, shoes.
Sally loves fashion - her favourite programme of all time is Sex and the City! She pulls together collections that combine different labels to create a unique look that is wearable, stylish, beautiful and timeless.
Commenting on the awards, Sarah Cornelius said: "Our aim with the Welsh Fashion and Beauty Awards is to raise the profile and reward owners or managers of small to medium-sized enterprises as well as talented individuals who demonstrate extraordinary creativity, determination, dedication, courage and entrepreneurial skills.
"Our long term aim is to create role models who, through their own experiences and success, will inspire others to follow in their footsteps."
The winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony at the Vale Resort in the Vale of Glamorgan next Friday, March 8.
