The annual Welsh Books competition was recently held at Neyland. 

Pictured with the winning shield are the Narberth CP School pupils Lily, Emily, Holly, Esme, Rachel, Ceira, Tatty and Declan, along with the judges, Liz Smith and Dan Anthony. 

They will now represent Pembrokeshire at the Welsh finals at Brecon in July. 

The pupils had to take part in a discussion and perform a presentation on another book.
